Role Overview:

We are looking for an
Infrastructure Lead
to join our teams and support one of our clients in designing, leading, and evolving hybrid infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in shaping technology strategy, guiding technical teams, and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions across on‑premises and cloud ecosystems.

What you will do:

  • Design, implement, and optimize hybrid infrastructures (on‑prem + Azure and/or AWS);
  • Lead technical decision-making and support engineering teams with architectural guidance;
  • Oversee virtualization environments, networking, security, backup, and monitoring platforms;
  • Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and ideally Ansible or Terraform;
  • Support technological projects, coordinate with PMOs, and ensure delivery excellence;
  • Provide technical mentoring and contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure standards.

What you are like:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Experienced in hybrid infrastructure architecture across on‑prem and cloud environments;
  • Proficient in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), networking, security, and storage technologies;
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux administration, backup, and monitoring tools;
  • Skilled in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python), with exposure to IaC tools;
  • Comfortable leading technical teams or mentoring engineers;
  • Strong communicator with a solution-driven mindset;
  • Fluent in English.
