The Opportunity
We build the human data and evaluation infrastructure that powers the world's most advanced AI models. Our platform allows frontier AI labs and Fortune 10 companies to deploy elite human expertise directly into model training and feedback loops.
We are seeking Subject Matter Experts from the Health, Legal, and Finance sectors to join our team. This is not a traditional HR role; you will leverage your deep professional background to source, assess, and vet the specialized minds shaping the future of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain-Specific Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment to identify and engage elite professionals in your specific field (Health, Legal, or Finance).
- Technical Assessment: Apply your professional expertise to rigorously evaluate candidate qualifications for specialized AI training and evaluation roles.
- Project Leadership: Manage high-stakes, fast-paced recruitment cycles with a strong sense of urgency and a "bias for action."
- Stakeholder Synergy: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring needs and deliver high-signal talent.
- Process Engineering: Continuously identify efficiencies and implement best practices to streamline recruitment workflows.
- High-Impact Communication: Produce clear, persuasive communication for candidate outreach and stakeholder updates.
Required Domain Expertise
- Health Recruiter: Professional background in Medicine, Biology, or Health Sciences (MD, PhD, or advanced clinical experience).
- Legal Recruiter: Experience as a Lawyer, Attorney, Paralegal, or Legal Specialist.
- Finance Recruiter: Proven expertise in Banking, Investment, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
