Purpose

  • To organize Visa Departments day-to-day operations. coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. has experience as an Administrator, or relevant administrative role. should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

    1. Visa Application Management
  • Review and verify documents required for visa submission according to the requirements of the relevant embassy or consulate.
    1. Record Keeping and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Manage databases and files to ensure all visa-related data is securely stored and accessible.
    1. Customer Service & Coordination
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from applicants, employees, or stakeholders about visa requirements and processes.
  • Work with travel agencies, HR departments, or external stakeholders to coordinate travel plans and visa requirements.
    1. Maintain Process documents and Master production Tracker
  • Based on the contents provided by Global Visa Manager, prepare process documents in formats approved by the organization
  • Update process documents at every new update

  • Graduate and Above

Experience

  • Relevant On job Experience 5-6 years
