Senior O2C Specialist – German & English (C1) | Porto (On-site)

Position Details

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,500 gross / month (14 months)

  • Attandance bonus: €300 / month (11 months)

  • Welcome Bonus : €3,000

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

  • Ensure accuracy in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and dispute management

  • Maintain financial controls and compliance standards

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency

  • Mentor and guide team members, supporting performance and development

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  • 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations

    • Including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks

  • Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)

  • Exposure to global environments and multi-currency operations

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities

  • German (market language): fluent

  • English: Advanced (C1 level)

  • Leadership and mentoring mindset
