About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Manager
with experience in the
Information Technology (IT)
sector. This role is key to driving commercial growth, managing strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Main Responsibilities


Business Development
: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand in the IT market.


Lead Generation
: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads.


Profile Sourcing
: Work closely with recruitment teams to identify and attract top tech talent.


Interview Management
: Actively participate in the selection process, ensuring technical and cultural fit.


Client Delivery
: Guarantee effective delivery of solutions and services, maintaining high-quality standards.


Negotiation
: Lead commercial negotiations, securing advantageous conditions and long-term partnerships.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in commercial roles within the IT sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the technology market and current trends.

Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools.

Fluency in
English
and
Portuguese
