We are expanding our business and opening a new
Sales Manager
position in our logistics company. Your key mission will be to consistently attract new clients and ensure a steady flow of completed deals.

Key responsibilities

  • acquire new B2B customers in the logistics and international transportation sector.
  • organize the first 15 shipments for each new client.
  • monitor timely payments from new customers.
  • after 2 months, hand over clients to the Account management.
  • maintain a continuous pipeline of new leads and closed deals.

Requirements

  • from 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • experience in logistics / international freight / forwarding.
  • proven track record in acquiring new clients
  • strong sales and negotiation skills
  • experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
  • ability to analyze and classify clients
  • persistent, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • English and Portuguese B2+
