We are expanding our business and opening a new
Sales Manager
position in our logistics company. Your key mission will be to consistently attract new clients and ensure a steady flow of completed deals.
Key responsibilities
- acquire new B2B customers in the logistics and international transportation sector.
- organize the first 15 shipments for each new client.
- monitor timely payments from new customers.
- after 2 months, hand over clients to the Account management.
- maintain a continuous pipeline of new leads and closed deals.
Requirements
- from 2 years of B2B sales experience
- experience in logistics / international freight / forwarding.
- proven track record in acquiring new clients
- strong sales and negotiation skills
- experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
- ability to analyze and classify clients
- persistent, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- English and Portuguese B2+
