Projeto
O Project Coordinator atua na coordenação de projetos técnicos de troca de dados entre entidades internas e parceiros externos. É responsável por garantir a implementação eficaz de soluções de transferência de ficheiros e mensagens, assegurando o alinhamento com os ambientes técnicos e de middleware da organização.

Função

  • Coordenar projetos de implementação de ligações técnicas para transferência de dados (ficheiros, mensagens MQ, etc.).
  • Gerir equipas internas de IT (infraestrutura, segurança, middleware, redes) e equipas externas (fornecedores, clientes).
  • Conduzir reuniões de levantamento, acompanhamento e revisão técnica com stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Garantir o planeamento, monitorização de entregas e cumprimento de prazos, custos e qualidade.
  • Gerir pedidos de alteração e avaliar impactos em ambientes de produção. 
  • Apoiar equipas de administração de middleware (sem executar tarefas operacionais).
  • Avaliar e desafiar propostas técnicas relacionadas com transferência de ficheiros, MQ e redes.
  • Comunicar eficazmente com engenheiros de sistemas, redes e segurança. 
  • Integrar diretrizes de equipas de Cybersecurity (CISO) e Arquitetura Técnica.
  • Validar soluções técnicas propostas.
  • Participar em comités de arquitetura e segurança, quando necessário.

Estamos à procura de

  • Experiência em gestão de projetos técnicos (transferência de dados, mensagens MQ, etc.).
  • Conhecimento em protocolos de transferência: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.
  • Experiência com middleware: Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ (API é diferencial).
  • Conhecimentos em encriptação de dados (PGP/GPG) e encriptação de canais (TLS, SSH).
  • Compreensão de redes: topologias, firewalls, linhas dedicadas.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão: JIRA, ServiceNow.
