About the Company

You will join a leading group in the hospitality sector, recognized for its strong national and international presence and its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. This group manages multiple brands and invests heavily in digitalization and process optimization to deliver unique guest experiences and maximize profitability.

Your New Role

As Director of Data Intelligence & Revenue Management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across the group. Your focus will be on optimizing distribution channels, developing dynamic pricing policies, and leading a data-driven team. You will play a key role in strategic decision-making regarding digital investments and in continuously monitoring market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
  • Deep knowledge of hotel distribution channels (OTAs, direct websites, international brand partnerships).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and revenue management systems (Duetto or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data modeling.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Availability for national and international travel.
