What You'll Do

  • Resolve service requests regarding bookings, account issues, and general assistance, following procedures while creating a positive customer experience
  • Document interactions in the CRM system and collaborate with internal teams when issues require escalation
  • Manage multiple communication channels effectively and maintain high-quality customer engagement
  • Actively identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and service quality

Who You Are

  • Native or fluent in Danish, with strong communications skills in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous, but exceptional communication and service orientation are key
  • Confident across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), quick to adopt new tools and systems
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Adaptable, resilient, and dedicated to high customer satisfaction standards
