WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a technical or solution design role.
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and AMPscript.
  • Knowledge of data management, segmentation, and SQL for Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs and architecture.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

  • Design and configure Marketing Cloud solutions to support multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build and optimize journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • Develop dynamic content and personalization strategies using AMPscript and SQL.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for deliverability.
  • Support integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, as well as external systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and training to marketing teams on Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Document solution designs and maintain configuration standards.
