Order to Cash Specialist – Diabetes Medical Devices

The Role

As a
Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist
, you will support the end-to-end O2C process for international markets. This role is ideal for early-career finance professionals looking to grow in a
global finance operations environment
.

This position is open to candidates who are fluent in
Dutch OR German
, with strong English skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately via email and system tools
  • Create and issue invoices and credit notes in line with company policies
  • Perform daily cash application and support accounts receivable activities
  • Monitor AR ageing and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Support reconciliations, month-end/quarter-end close, and audit requests
  • Maintain accurate customer master data in ERP systems

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Commerce
    , or similar
  • 6+ months
    of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations
  • (2–5 years considered a strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Good Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
  • ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
  • Fluent Dutch OR German (spoken & written)
  • Advanced English (C1 level)
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

  • Shared accommodation provided for up to
    12 months
  • Full support with Portuguese registration and onboarding
