What will you do?

• Provide level 1 and 2 support for the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM) application;
• Manage communications through various tools such as Teams, Outlook, and, in some cases, by phone;
• Follow all procedures to ensure that KPIs are measured;
• Ensure the quality assurance of digital content for the deployment of e-learning training;
• Be responsible for data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with the support team.
• Work in coordination with the project/development team;

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in French (mandatory);
• B2 level of English.
• Knowledge of HR procedures (a plus);
• Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (a plus);
• Understanding of how a Learning Management System (LMS) works (a plus);
• Administrative mindset and good communication skills due to the support activity.
