Role

  • NET Team Leader.

Location:

Hybrid, Lisbon.

Required Skills
Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;

Min. 3 years of experience as a .NET Team Leader;

Experience leading development teams working with .NET/.NET Core (version 6.0+);

Hands-on experience in technical guidance and support across the full technology stack;

Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps;

Experience managing communication between technical teams and business stakeholders;

Proven ability to manage priorities, align with stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects on schedule;

Maintain a results-driven approach;

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;

Analytic professional, with critical thinking;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;

Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.

Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
