  • Collaborate with clients to define and prioritize their business needs, aligning them with efficient and feasible technical solutions;

  • Plan and manage projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, scope, risks, changes, and progress reporting;
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog, leading functional analysis and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery;
  • Lead sprint planning, negotiating requirements, scope changes, and deadlines with clients;
  • Deliver feature demonstrations to clients, gathering and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement;
  • Ensure the implementation of solid management practices, focusing on quality, teamwork, and alignment of expectations;
  • Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering balance and commitment to deliver high-quality solutions;

  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients or support pre-sales efforts for new projects.

  • Previous OutSystems technical experience (around 2 years as a Tech Lead), with a strong interest in transitioning to a more strategic and client-focused role;

  • Experience with agile methodologies in projects;
  • Expertise in business analysis, translating client needs into viable solutions in collaboration with technical teams;
  • Knowledge of functional and usability testing (preferred);
  • Experience with tools like JIRA for project management (valued);
  • Excellent communication skills, adapting to different stakeholders, from C-level executives to end-users;
  • Outcome-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
  • Fluency in French is a plus;
  • Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner is a plus;

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
