Company Description

TLG Global specializes in real estate development, hospitality, asset management and international investment programs, with headquarters in Portugal and a growing presence across Europe and Asia.

The group delivers complex, high-quality projects across the full asset lifecycle — from concept and design to procurement, construction, delivery and operation — supported by multidisciplinary and international teams. As part of its continued growth, TLG Global is strengthening its AEPC Division (Architecture, Engineering, Procurement & Construction), the group's core technical and operational platform.

Design & Architecture

Engineering & Technical

  • Civil Engineer (Project)

  • Technical ESG Expert with H&S credentials

Project Management

Procurement

Property Management

Role Description

Responsibilities vary according to the position, but all roles support TLG Global's core activities in real estate development, hospitality projects, international procurement and construction execution.

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

  • Technical and design development
  • Coordination of outsourced engineering and specialist teams
  • Definition of materials, quantities and technical specifications
  • Cost control, budgeting and measurement analysis
  • Active support to international procurement, including quality, compliance and certification verification
  • Project and site coordination
  • ESG, H&S and compliance oversight
  • Operational and asset management activities

All positions involve close collaboration with multinational teams and exposure to technically demanding, real-world projects.

Qualifications

  • Academic background relevant to the position
  • Professional experience aligned with the role applied for
  • Strong technical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in multicultural and international environments
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for all positions
  • Portuguese proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus
