Buyer Support - Dutch Speaker (M/F/X)

We're looking for a dynamic and organized
Dutch-speaking professional
to play a crucial role in supporting vehicle purchase and sales operations for a leading company in the automotive sector. If you have a passion for logistics, contracts, and business management, and are fluent in Dutch, this is your opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your
    German language skills
    .
  • Manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their
    accuracy and compliance
    .
  • Coordinate vehicle transport
    logistics
    between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both
    Dutch and English
    .
  • Work within an area requiring strong
    business management support
    .

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in Dutch
    (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and
    time management
    skills.
  • Clear and effective
    communication skills
    .
  • Strong
    attention to detail and accuracy
    in managing contracts and documentation.
  • Good
    English communication skills
    .
  • Preferred:
    Knowledge of logistics and transport processes.
  • Preferred:
    Previous experience in administrative support or business management roles.

Benefits:

  • Attractive base salary:
    €1,600
  • Meal allowance:
    €7 per day
  • Quarterly bonuses:
    Up to €450
  • Office hours:
    8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
