Reservations Specialist

At Misha's Place, we manage unique and welcoming tourist apartments in Lisbon and Faro. We're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our reservations team in Faro. This role is key in ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out, contributing to the overall success and growth of our team. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate reservations across various online booking platforms , Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and WhatsApp to provide assistance, confirm details, and answer inquiries.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle payment processing and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all guest needs are met and the property runs smoothly.
• Maintain and update guest records and booking details in the system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owner communications
• Address owner inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure owner satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Education
: Minimum high school education (Technological/Professional track).

Experience
: 1-2 years in a similar role (Local Accommodation / Tourism experience is a plus).

Language
: Fluent in Portuguese and English (Additional languages are highly valued).

Skills

Availability
: Willingness to work weekends and holidays with rotating shifts.
