Cross Border Talents is looking for
German-speaking Content Moderators
to join our international team in Porto. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to work with one of the world's most influential social media environments, this is your opportunity to build a stable career abroad.

What You Will Do


• Review online videos, content, complaints & legal notices


• Evaluate decisions related to copyright or policy compliance


• Update and audit content on a major social media platform


• Ensure accuracy and consistency with client guidelines


• Protect user data and follow strict compliance procedures


• Meet performance targets and quality KPIs


• Maintain working knowledge of client products/services

Who We're Looking For


•
German C1 + English B2 proficiency


• Strong PC & navigation skills


• Detail-oriented, dependable, patient, and professional


• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to adapt quickly to changes


• Team player with the ability to work independently


• Previous customer service or related experience is a plus


• Willingness to work flexible 24/7 rotative shifts
