Job Description
Cybertrust Germany
is looking for
Senior One Identity Manager Consultants
to join their cybersecurity consulting team through a flexible nearshore model. Consultants will work in a hybrid setup based in
Porto, Lisbon, or Aveiro
, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.

You will be involved in designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using
One Identity Manager
, working directly with national and international clients on security-critical projects.

  • Analyze IT, business, and compliance requirements
  • Design and implement IAM solutions based on One Identity Manager
  • Customize and configure workflows, provisioning rules, and identity lifecycles
  • Integrate IAM solutions with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and enterprise systems via APIs
  • Provide operational support, including incident management, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with international teams in complex cybersecurity projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting roles
  • Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (essential)
  • Solid understanding of authorization concepts (Active Directory, LDAP)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
