Position Summary

As we expand our capabilities, we are launching a cutting-edge AI Department—and we're looking for a visionary Head of AI to lead this bold new initiative.

You'll spearhead the creation of an AI-driven engine that fuels SEO automation, geo-targeted optimization, AI-enhanced content, and AI-powered influencer marketing. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a department from the ground up in a highly dynamic, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Department Development: Build and lead the AI department, including team recruitment, strategic planning, and implementation.
  • AI Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute a forward-thinking AI roadmap across SEO, GEO marketing, content generation, and social influencer campaigns.
  • AI Tool & Platform Development: Identify, evaluate, and integrate the latest AI tools and platforms to improve marketing performance and scalability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs and measure the impact of AI initiatives on traffic growth, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI applications meet ethical standards, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably in digital marketing or performance-based industries.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. GPT-4), NLP, data modeling, and generative AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment.
  • Optional: 
    • Experience building RAGs
    • Experience with hyperautomation tools like Make or n8n.
    • Technical fluency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar (optional).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning.
  • Experience integrating AI into influencer marketing platforms or social media automation.
  • Knowledge of multilingual content strategies and international SEO.
