Youwill be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons,worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a globalenvironment with distributed teams in different countries.As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, andimplementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Your expertise inSalesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components will be essential in deliveringhigh-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES• Design and document technical solutions to best answer business requirements• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including but not limited to,workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security controls• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality ofSalesforce and integrate with other systems• Design and build Lightning components and applications using Salesforce LightningFramework• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance userexperience and productivity• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality andadherence to specifications• Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as required• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementationand integration• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate theirapplicability to our organization• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement systemimprovements and best practicesQUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Salesforceconfiguration, Apex programming, and Lightning components• Salesforce Developer certification (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Ior II) is a must• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Visual StudioCode, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce APIs• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (SOAP,REST)• Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce with externalsystems• Experienced in Agile delivery• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with stakeholders at all levels• Fluent English required• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with highexpectations• Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitableWhy UsPermanent contractCompetitive salaryPrivate health and life insurance from day one in the companyWorking hours: Monday to FridayHybrid ModelMeal allowance on card/voucherEquality & Opportunity for AllRepresenting 165 nationalities across the globe, we pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.Candidate Privacy Notice:
