Tech Support Specialist — AI Enthusiast

Are you tech-savvy, curious about AI, and enjoy helping people solve problems? We're looking for an

English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative

to join a customer support team in

Lisbon, Portugal . This role is a great fit for candidates who have experience in

tech support, IT-related customer service , or simply have a strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for

AI and digital tools . Location:

Lisbon, Portugal Schedule:

Rotating shifts between

07:00 and 22:00 Working Days:

5 days per week, with

2 rotating days off Work Model:

No relocation support provided What you'll do

Assist customers with technical and product-related questions Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions Provide support through customer service channels Explain technical information in a clear and user-friendly way Identify and escalate more complex issues when necessary Deliver a positive and professional customer experience What we're looking for

Good command of

English Previous experience in

Customer Support, Technical Support, IT Support , or a related field is a plus Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools Genuine interest in

technology and AI Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working rotating shifts Able to work

on-site in Lisbon Already based in Portugal or able to arrange relocation independently , as relocation support is not available Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology are also welcome to apply. Interested? Send your
