Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant

Location: Europe (Hybrid / Remote)

Employment Type: Contractor

International Projects & Global Support Environment

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant to support clients across both Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS).

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, combined with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. You will help organizations optimize and transform their supply chain operations while supporting the full application lifecycle, from implementation and rollout to ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementations & Transformation Projects

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations and rollouts. - Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders. - Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions. - Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules. - Support Supply Chain processes across Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics. - Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reporting, extensions, and data migration. - Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. - Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technical, and Integration teams.

Application Management Services (AMS)

- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. - Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests. - Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. - Manage enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Support Oracle quarterly releases and regression testing. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience with Oracle SCM and ERP solutions. - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. - Experience in implementation projects and/or AMS support environments. - Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes. - Experience with modules such as: - Inventory Management - Order Management - Manufacturing - Supply Planning - Demand Management - Product Management - Cost Management - Maintenance - Shipping & Logistics - Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory-to-Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Planning processes. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent English.

Nice to Have

- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification. - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) knowledge. - Experience with Oracle Financials and Procurement. - OTBI and BI Publisher experience. - ITIL and ITSM knowledge. - Experience supporting international or multi-country deployments.
