Location: Hybrid, Lisbon We're looking for an experienced and autonomous designer to join a long‐term strategic project, helping shape digital experiences used by thousands of users every day.
What you'll do:
Lead end‐to‐end research: user interviews, testing, analysis, and insight synthesis.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
Build, maintain, and expand design systems.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams to define and refine product solutions.
Validate design decisions through usability testing and iterative improvements.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Advanced Figma skills (including interactive prototyping).
Strong ability to manage priorities and work independently.
Solid knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Native Portuguese + fluent English.
Portfolio with complete case studies.
Nice to have
Experience in regulated or complex product environments (e.g., fintech, banking).
Comfortable working in agile and distributed teams.
