We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international BPO environment, with the flexibility to work remotely from within Portugal. Full-time, 40 hours per week What You Will Do
Depending on the project, you will support customers through channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests Providing accurate information and guidance Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently Supporting account, product, or service-related inquiries Ensuring a positive customer experience Working with an international and multicultural team What We Are Looking For
Fluency in Dutch Good communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Comfortable working with digital tools Available for full-time employment Currently residing in Portugal EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are welcome to apply What's Offered
