Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the Industrial HVAC division , based at our Porto office. With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market. Responsibilities: Develop HVAC projects ensuring full compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements Design efficient, robust, and optimized technical solutions aligned with client needs and performance expectations Ensure compliance with defined project deadlines and delivery milestones Plan work activities and monitor team productivity, ensuring high levels of efficiency and profitability Manage and mentor the assigned team, fostering technical development and performance growth Develop and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices to improve productivity and overall division performance Profile: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory), with the ability to communicate in an international project environment Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HVAC project development Strong knowledge of DesignBuilder for thermal load and energy calculations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be considered an asset Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset What we offer: Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
