Trainee Civil Draftsman/BIM Modeler

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Trainee Civil Draftsman/BIM Modeler for the Industrial Roads department, based at our Porto office.With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities:Participate in the design and development of industrial access roads and platforms associated with substations, energy facilities (wind, solar and/or BESS) and other infrastructure projectsContribute to earthworks design, drainage systems, and geometric road layouts, ensuring technical quality and compliance with applicable standardsPreparation of technical drawings and 3D modelsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil works with electrical and structural engineering solutionsProfile:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a plusFluency in English; additional languages are valuedProfessional experience in the energy sector or related fields is a plusInterest in the development of earthworks, drainage system and design of access roadsFamiliar with and eager to further develop skills in software such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar; proficiency is valuedStrong communication skills and continuously seeking to learnAbility to adapt and work effectively in a team, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomyFocus on technical excellence, attention to detail, strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer:Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
