Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas: Quantitative Finance Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Operations and Finance Transformation and Organization Information SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.We are looking for a Murex Developer - Relocation to Porto, Portugal (Hybrid Work Model)MAIN TASKS:-As a Murex Developer, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications based on the Murex platform. -Your key responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality code aligned with project plans and functional specifications.Developing or configuring new and existing software modules.Participating in deployment and integration activities.Ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.Documenting your work and sharing knowledge with peers.Collaborating in an agile environment to address prioritized topics.Contributing to process improvements and test automation initiatives.YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:We are looking for an experienced developer with:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development.Strong technical skills in:Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML)Shell scriptingSQL (Oracle) and PL/SQLXSLT/XSL/XML/HTMLSOAPPythonGITProactive, communicative, and committed to delivering high-quality solutionsA collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge are essentialFluent in English (mandatory)French is a plusThis position is based in Porto, Portugal, with a hybrid work model. You may start remotely from your current country while your relocation documentation is being processed.
