As a member of the team, you will help our markets on their journey to reduce complexity and enabling them by building the right integrations and ensuring their business operations.Your responsibilities will include:Manage the product backlog, planning and deliverables within sprintsEnsures good cooperation and communication with the other teamsDesign suitable integration solutions together with business & engineering teamService rollout into different marketsIdentify and define opportunities for improvement within integration servicesService support including issue support, troubleshooting and bugfixing when neededImplement security best practices for integration services.To succeed in this role, you should have:2-4y Experience in working in integration area using well known toolsExperience with SAP PI/PO, IBM DataPower, MuleSoft or other Integration framework is a mustUniversity degree (or currently completing) in IT or comparable degreeAcademic experience in Java or similar object oriented programming language.Knowledge about XML and XSLTPassion for technology and willing to learn new technologies like other integration frameworksAwareness of the most common integration related technologies like SOA, EIP, SOAP, REST, etc.Good communication skills, high level of self-responsibility, self-initiative and the ability to interact efficientlyGood negotiation skills and assertiveness especially under pressureProblem solving attitudeResults-oriented and with team-player attitudeStrong analytical and structural competence and ability to organize him-/herself independentlySpeaks & writes English fluentlyThe ambition to growWhat we Offer• Long-term contract.• Competitive package including private health insurance, life insurance and meal allowance (pay by meal card).• Bonuses and benefits depending on performance.• Schooling allowance and Pension Scheme.• Solid performance evaluation and career management methodologies.• Continuous training – technical and behavioural development. • Incredible and unique annual company events.• Opportunity to work on an international project and be part of multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
