As our AI Solution Architect in Lisbon, you will be accountable for ensuring the technical feasibility of our solution implementations and enabling the team to successfully deliver projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and as a technical reference for the team, providing guidance and leadership.You will: Deconstruct and advise on the technical aspects of solutions and communicate with diverse project stakeholders (IT teams, internal leadership, and customers). Design technical solutions using Azure and AI by translating functional requirements into technical blueprints, and oversee their implementation. Make decisions on tool usage, technical dependencies, and best practices. Supervise the quality of the team's technical deliverables and participate in pre-sales phases. What you will be building in this role:Architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and estimates. PoCs and pilots of proposed solutions (coding, testing, scripting), documentation, and the configuration of build and release pipelines (Azure DevOps CI/CD). AI solutions that integrate applications with Azure AI platform services (Cognitive Search, GenAI, etc.). End-to-end AI engineering solutions leveraging Azure AI services. The ideal profile to thrive in this role:8+ years of overall experience with the Microsoft application stack, including experience as an Azure Architect in a consulting environment. Understanding of prompt engineering techniques. Native-level English. Experience implementing AI solutions that leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns. Experience with Azure OpenAI or other generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT) is a strong plus. Speak Portuguese and/or French is a nice to have Technical KnowledgeArchitecture designAzure PaaS offerings (Container Apps, Functions, Web Apps, Storage) Azure Cognitive Services (Azure AI Search, OCR, Vision, etc.) Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAIMicrosoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or DatabricksAzure DevOps Pipelines or equivalent .NET 6+ or PythonCertifications (nice to have):AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-300, AZ-400, DP-900, AI-102, etc.
