We are looking for a Data Engineer | Cloud Data Platforms (Azure/AWS) To join data platform initiatives built primarily on Microsoft Azure, with active workloads and integrations on AWS. The role focuses on designing and operating data pipelines and analytical data platforms in enterprise environments, supporting both operational and analytical use cases. This is a hands-on engineering role, working close to cloud infrastructure, data processing engines, and analytics consumers. Skills: +5 years as Data Engineer focused on Hybrid or Cloud -based environment; Azure data services ( Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake Storage); SQL for data transformation and analysis; Python in data processing contexts; AWS data services (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda); Operating production data pipelines , not only building them; Spark performance optimization; Exposure to lakehouse table formats (Delta Lake, Iceberg, Hudi) Your Responsibilities: Design data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Python and Spark); Build ETL workflows transforming raw data into curated and analytics-ready datasets; Support cross-cloud data processing where required (AWS, S3, Glue and Lambda); Implement analytical data models to support reporting and downstream analytics; Contribute to data lake and lakehouse-style architectures; Orchestrate and monitor data workflows and job dependencies (Azure and AWS); Monitor production executions and perform root cause analysis on data failures and performance issues (Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch); Ensure data quality, consistency, and operational stability across pipelines Work within Azure-first cloud environments , integrating AWS services when required Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to align data outputs with analytical needs #DataEngineering #DataEngineer #CloudData #BigData #AnalyticsEngineering #Azure #AzureDatabricks #AzureDataFactory #AWS #AWSGlue #CloudEngineering #MultiCloud #DataPipelines #DataArchitecture #ProductionData #DataPlatforms #DataReliability #Analytics #BusinessIntelligence #PowerBI #DataModeling
