Python Developer

Your Mission

As a Python Developer, you will:

- Develop and enhance core frameworks used for risk data integration and risk calculation engines. - Build scalable and maintainable software solutions that support critical business processes. - Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of the Risk Systems ecosystem. - Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with evolving business needs. - Participate in innovation initiatives and help drive technological improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and frameworks. - Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices. - Contribute to the architecture and technical design of new features and enhancements. - Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and performance-oriented.

Innovation & Problem Solving

- Rapidly prototype solutions to validate new ideas, technologies, and concepts. - Explore innovative approaches to improve processes, automation, and system efficiency. - Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions. - Contribute to strategic innovation initiatives across the Risk Systems organization.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Ensure application performance, reliability, and responsiveness. - Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices. - Continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.

Agile Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders. - Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies and team activities. - Contribute to incremental deliveries that respond effectively to changing business requirements. - Collaborate within multicultural and geographically distributed teams.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong experience developing applications using Python. - Solid understanding of: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Functional Programming - Software Design Principles - Experience designing scalable and maintainable applications. - Good understanding of Python ecosystems, frameworks, and architectural patterns. - Experience working with relational databases and SQL. - Experience implementing: Unit Testing - Integration Testing - End-to-End Testing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in Agile and collaborative environments. - Fluent English communication skills.
