About the role The Advertising Product Support Specialist provides B2B support to advertisers, handling product troubleshooting and customer queries across email and chat. The role combines customer service with digital advertising knowledge, requiring hands‐on paid campaign management and collaboration with Product Operations and Engineering teams.

What you'll do

The Advertising Product Support Specialist provides B2B support to advertisers, handling product troubleshooting and customer queries across email and chat. The role combines customer service with digital advertising knowledge, requiring hands‐on paid campaign management and collaboration with Product Operations and Engineering teams. In short: B2B Product Support + Advertising Troubleshooting + Paid Campaign Management + AdTech Will start with a 12 hour hoop: Monday to Sunday - 07:00 to 19:00 2 shifts: 07:00 - 16h00 / 10:00 - 19:00 At a later date, TBC by the client: 24/7 - Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts) Days Off - 2 Rotative days The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for our client, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country

What we're looking for

Native/fluent French speakers with fluent English (minimum B2)

Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory

Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising

Strong customer service skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to work well independently and in a team are important

Salary €930 per month × 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year - your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
