Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual – Portuguese & English)Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Full-time | Bilingual (PT / EN)(Direct applicants only)At nuAura, we're building a digital wellness platform that helps people better understand and improve their health through data, technology, and personalised care. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual Portuguese & English) to support our users throughout their journey — from onboarding to ongoing use — and help deliver a thoughtful, high-quality customer experience. What you'll do Provide high-quality customer support across digital channels. Guide users through onboarding, account setup, bookings, result uploads, and day-to-day platform use. Own user issues end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and clear, reassuring communication. Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when required. Log, track, and follow up on support requests using internal tools. Capture user feedback and contribute to improving support processes and the overall user experience. Who you are You have 1–3 years' experience in customer support or a customer-facing role. You are fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. You communicate clearly and calmly, especially when users may be anxious or frustrated. You are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once. You are proactive, curious, and keen to learn new tools and processes. You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and solving problems. Language requirements Fluent Portuguese (native or C1+) and English (C1+), written and spoken. Nice to have Experience in a digital product, startup, or tech-driven environment. Interest in health, wellness, or preventive care. Familiarity with support or CRM tools. Experience working with sensitive or regulated data.
