Based in Portugal, we support projects across Europe through Nearshore delivery, Tech Academies, Service Management and dedicated project teams. We are expanding one of our Application Support units and looking for professionals who enjoy working in production environments, solving complex issues and contributing to continuous service improvement. **What are we looking for? Application Support We are searching for Application Support Technicians to strengthen a production support team operating critical applications in the financial sector. These roles require strong troubleshooting capabilities, ownership and a mindset focused on automation, efficiency and service reliability. Main responsibilities: Provide support to users, analysing and resolving incidents, service requests and recurring problems. Monitor application performance and proactively detect anomalies through observability tools. Prepare environments and coordinate releases, deployments and changes. Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to root-cause analysis and prevention. Maintain knowledge bases, documentation, FAQs and operational guidelines. Collaborate with senior support engineers, developers, cloud teams and operational stakeholders. Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities and metrics to enhance service quality. Technical Skills: Solid experience in Application Support Knowledge of SQL, Windows, Ansible, Jenkins Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus) Understanding of cloud concepts and cloud-native operations Ability to automate recurrent tasks and improve workflows Certifications & Languages: ITIL Certification (highly valued) English – Fluent French – Plus, but not mandatory What do we offer?
