Bonus | Annual bonus potential Time Off | A country specific approach to support your time away from work Exclusive Discounts: Access generous discounts on all our products WHY you'll love this role: High-impact role: your work will directly influence brand growth and sales Creative ownership: you'll help define how blanky shows up on social and with creators International exposure: work across 4 European markets Fast learning curve: content, creators, performance & brand — all in one role Growth potential: this role can evolve as the brand scales What you'll do: Help create and manage content for blanky's social media channels Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and UGC creators, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups and positive partnership experiences Collect, review and organize creator content for organic posts and paid ads Support creator briefs, communication and content optimization Track deliverables, timelines and performance metrics to ensure accountability and smooth execution Work closely with the marketing team to turn content into performance assets Note: we are a small team and you may sometimes be asked to help with something completely outside of this range. Examples from the past include packaging customer orders and helping to set-up our first physical store. This role is for you if you: Have experience with social media, UGC or influencers Understand what makes content perform on platforms like Instagram and TikTok Are organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creators Have a strong eye for content and storytelling Are fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish, French or Italian are a plus)
