Network Security Automation Engineer:
We are looking for a Network Security Automation Engineer to support the development and evolution of a network automation framework for a multi-vendor infrastructure, including data center fabric automation.
What you will do:
- Automate network configuration, device onboarding, monitoring, validation, and remediation
- Build and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and Python automation (Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir)
- Develop Jinja2 templates for VLANs, IP addressing, routing, multicast, and QoS
- Create GitLab CI/CD pipelines for network changes, including validation, testing, and rollback
- Automate Juniper data center fabrics (spine-leaf, VXLAN, EVPN)
- Monitor network performance and connect remediation to ITSM and monitoring platforms
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
What we are looking for:
- Proven hands-on network automation experience in an enterprise or service provider environment
- Strong Python development skills applied to network automation
- Practical experience with Ansible and Jinja2
- Experience with Bash/Shell, YAML, and JSON
- Familiarity with NETCONF, RESTCONF, gNMI, gNOI, and vendor REST APIs
- Solid Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, routing, switching, and network security protocols
- Hands-on Linux system administration (Red Hat)
- Multi-vendor experience (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet)
- Juniper VXLAN-EVPN and data center fabric experience is a strong plus
