As a Plumber Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plumbers to ensure quality work and timely completion of projects Your primary duties will include coordinating daily tasks providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Responsibilities
Supervise a team of plumbers and assign tasks based on project requirements Monitor progress and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality work Train new team members on plumbing techniques and safety protocols Create work schedules and manage resources to meet project deadlines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns Maintain inventory of equipment tools and materials needed for projects Provide cost estimates for potential projects and assist with budget management Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber or in a supervisory role in the plumbing industry In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems tools equipment and materials Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry Ability to read blueprints drawings and specifications for plumbing projects Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Effective communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentPhysical stamina to handle the demands of the job Location Lisbon Portugal Salary $1400 per month Employment Type Full-time Note This job is open to all genders Candidates must have their own visa arrangements
