Objectives: As a member of the VWFS Porto test team, you will deliver testing on a project or workstream to ensure customer requirements are met during the implementation or maintenance of Contract Management systems for VWFS markets across Europe. This will involve design and execution of end-to-end System Testing, System Integrations Testing, Regression and User Acceptance Testing. Collaborating with 3rd party (Onsite and Offshore) QA resources. In this role you will be responsible for: Analysing and reviewing requirements, user stories, specifications, process designs to define test scenarios, ensuring all requirement meet the definition of ready and are testable Supporting the QA Test Lead in defining the project test approach including, scope, feature acceptance criteria, exit criteria, timelines and key milestones Developing and executing manual test scripts Highlighting requirements for, and creating or obtaining test data Defect management and triage Providing necessary information for QA Test Leads to produce status reporting Ensuring all Testing and QA deliverables meet the standards outlined in the VWFS Test Strategy Collaborating with BA's, FAA's, Business SME's, and Developers to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and solutions Timely escalation of risks and issues, identifying effective solutions or mitigating actions Supporting the creation and improvement of knowledge repositories Collaborating with test automation teams to ensure maximum ROI from automation Level of decision-making power/authorization: Test case prioritisation Testing technique to apply for a specific situation We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be: Bachelor or master's degree in informatics, computer science or comparable Proven experience of writing and executing test cases Excellent analytical skills Experience in working in an international team/ project team High degree of initiative, responsibility, assertiveness and flexibility Positive and team-minded person with good communication and presentation skills Proficient in written and spoken English Nice to have/Considered a plus: ISTQB qualified to Foundation Level Experience in using application lifecycle management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)Knowledge of: Wholesale, Retail Financing, Leasing and Fleet Business Proficient in written and spoken German What we Offer: Long-term contract.
