About the Job
We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer & CRM Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, CRM management and marketing support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Investor Relations team and CEO, taking ownership of the firm's visual materials, monthly newsletter, and CRM.We are looking for someone who can not only execute, but also identify opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency and consistency of our communications.

CompensationDepending on experience and profile.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design -
Create high-quality visual materials for investor communications, presentations and internal use. -
Create charts, graphs and visualisations from scratch, including transforming data and Excel outputs into polished visuals. -
Continuously improve recurring materials such as fact sheets, monthly presentations and quarterly letters. -
Ensure consistency across all materials, including typography, layout, formatting and brand identity. -
Create presentations, graphics and materials for events and other initiatives. -
Support the Investor Relations team with ad hoc design requirements. -
Bring ideas to continuously improve the firm's visual communication.
CRM & Newsletter -
Manage and maintain the firm's HubSpot CRM. -
Take ownership of the monthly newsletter process, including content assembly, formatting, testing and distribution. -
Maintain and improve contact lists, segmentation and CRM data. - Identify opportunities to improve the structure and use of HubSpot. -
Support the creation and optimisation of workflows and automations. -
Monitor newsletter performance and prepare monthly reports with relevant insights for the Investor Relations team.
Marketing & Investor Relations Support -
Support the Investor Relations team with marketing-related projects. -
Assist with maintaining a professional and up-to-date digital presence. -
Support LinkedIn and other communication initiatives when required. -
Develop visual and marketing materials for events and other firm initiatives. -
Proactively suggest improvements to the firm's marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications Requirements -
Strong graphic design skills and an excellent portfolio. -
Professional experience creating corporate, financial, or business materials. -
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, ideally including CRM management, email campaigns, and basic automation/workflows. -
Experience with email marketing and newsletters. -
Ability to create professional charts, graphs and visualisations. -
Advanced written and spoken English. -
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. -
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in financial services, investment management, asset management or professional services is a plus, but not essential.

Working Hours & Location -
Part-time:
Approximately 25 hours per week. -
Preferred working hours:
1:30 PM-6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. -
Hybrid:
Remote work is possible during most weeks, subject to business needs and deadlines. -
First week of each month:
The successful candidate is required to work
on-sitein Monte Estoril during their regular working hours (1:30 PM-6:30 PM).
