We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.Decskill Boost: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.Decskill Connect: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer for a hybrid project based in Portugal.Requirements:5 years software development experience.Degree in Technology or Computer Engineering (or similar).Several years of experience building and operating production-grade web applications and distributed systems.Strong, hands-on experience across the full stack, including.Backend: Nest.js, Node.js, REST and/or GraphQL APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases.Frontend: Angular, modern CSS, component-based architectures, and state management (e.g. NgRx, Signals, RxJS)Deep expertise in TypeScript, with a focus on type safety, maintainability, and developer productivity.Solid understanding of backend architecture concepts such as dependency injection, modular design, and layered architectures.Experience with AWS services (e.g. SQS, Cognito, SNS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.Proven ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of complex features from concept to deployment.Strong product and UX sensibility, balancing quality with the ability to ship efficiently.Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments and collaborating across engineering, product, and design.Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-assisted development workflows and modern web platforms.English good level is mandatory (min B2).Responsibilities:Own and deliver end-to-end features across the full stack, from data modeling and API design to user-facing interfaces.Design and implement scalable systems using TypeScript across both backend and frontend.Build and evolve backend services (Node.js, APIs, databases, background workflows) with a strong focus on performance, data integrity, and reliability.Develop high-quality frontend experiences using React, optimizing rendering performance, state management, and overall user experience.Work closely with AI and product-focused teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into real-world, production systems.Take ownership of features from ambiguous problem statements through design, implementation, testing, and production release.Define and uphold engineering standards by contributing to testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and observability (logging, monitoring, analytics).Act as a product-minded engineer, collaborating with product and design to shape solutions and challenge assumptions when appropriate.If you're interested in this job please send your CV to carolina.novais@decskill.com with reference CN/FSN.Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
