With a strong presence across Europe and a commitment to excellence, we empower our people to think like entrepreneurs and deliver outstanding results.As a SAP Basis Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our SAP-based systems. Working closely with our SAP Centre of Excellence, you'll be involved in high-impact technical support, major incident resolution, system health audits, upgrades, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimise high availability and disaster recovery SAP solutionsDeliver expert-level second/third line technical supportAnalyse and resolve system issues and perform root cause analysisManage incidents, assess SAP OSS notes, and ensure adherence to SAP best practicesPlan and execute updates, patches, and system upgradesCollaborate with SAP functional experts and business teamsBuild strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliersYour ProfileProven experience in SAP Basis operations, including support and implementationStrong communication skills and the ability to understand stakeholder needsExperience working in international environments handling incidents and change requestsProactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsOperational knowledge in systems such as S/4, ECC, BW/4, CRM, and moreProficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows environmentsFamiliar with ITIL and SCRUM methodologiesFluent in English, both spoken and writtenWhat We OfferOpportunities for continuous learning and career developmentA supportive and dynamic work environment with a strong people-first cultureRecognition as a "Great Place to Work" for five consecutive yearsCompetitive salary and a range of employee benefitsReady to Make an Impact?Apply now with your CV in English, including your salary expectations, and take your career to the next level in a role that combines global reach with local impact.
