Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll manage customer inquiries across multiple channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—addressing issues related to accounts, technical support, and financial matters. Your contributions will be essential in improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial concerns, and technical challenges Serve as a trusted advisor, especially for clients in the sports industry Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns Foster strong client relationships with clear and effective communication Uphold high service standards in line with company policies Propose process improvements to enhance the customer experience Requirements: Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card 0-1 year experience in customer support Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow Why Join Us: Competitive Salary:
