Are you a native Polish speaker looking for a remote career opportunity based in Portugal? We are seeking a dedicated
Customer Support Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding pet supplies, providing friendly, high-quality support via communication channels using your Polish and English language skills. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone. Assist customers with order status updates, product inquiries, returns, and general support regarding pet care supplies. Troubleshoot customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details within the support CRM system. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and response times. Requirements
Language Proficiency:
Native or C2-level Polish and professional working fluency in English. Customer Focus:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, customer-first attitude. Technical Aptitude:
Ability to navigate multiple software applications and CRM systems efficiently. Work Setup:
Must be based in Portugal with a quiet, home-office environment suitable for remote work. Work Schedule & Benefits
