Hotel Infante Sagres Porto is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to support Sous Chefs and lead a kitchen section within our luxury Porto venue. You will prepare mise en place, follow recipes, manage service during peak times, and uphold strict hygiene standards. The ideal candidate has proven Chef de Partie experience, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to coach junior staff. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required in a high‐end hospitality setting.
