If your answer is yes, it's your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?3 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) without heavy coding.Define workflows, SLAs, and business rules aligned with ITIL best practices.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.Support UAT and ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.Collaborate with technical teams for complex customizations and integrations.WHERE AND WHEN?Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid workWork Schedule: 9AM to 6PMWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU?Permanent contract Pay and benefits - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan + Health Insurance).Opportunity knocks - Being a part of a growing company, we want to support your path with a career development plan and annual performance-based compensation reviews.
