Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to streamline, standardize, and continuously improve our full software delivery lifecycle — from code merge through automated testing, environment provisioning, and controlled production releases.You will act as a cross-cutting technical enabler within our Technology organization, collaborating closely with development teams, architects, and product owners to improve engineering efficiency, reliability, scalability, and time-to-market. This role directly contributes to a professional, future-proof software delivery setup across a heterogeneous technology landscape.What you'll be doingArchitect, implement, and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, packaging, environment provisioning, and production deploymentSupport multiple technology stacks within a shared delivery framework, including React, Angular, .NET Core, and C/C++Establish reusable pipeline templates and best practices adopted across teams and product linesDesign and automate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, aligned with productionDefine and enforce quality gates, promotion flows, and safe release strategies (versioning, rollback, controlled rollouts)Embed observability, monitoring, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELKDrive automation, remove manual steps, and continuously improve delivery speed and reliabilityAct as a technical advisor and mentor, aligning DevOps practices with real-world development workflowsTechnology LandscapeCI/CD & tooling: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jira, BitbucketPlatforms: Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps-oriented operationsIaC & security: Terraform, Trivy, SonarQubeObservability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic / ELKDatastores & messaging: RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL ServerWhat you need to be successfulSenior-level experience owning CI/CD architecture and DevOps platformsStrong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and automated delivery pipelinesAbility to work effectively across multiple teams, tools, and technology stacksA strong focus on automation, reliability, scalability, and securityExperience balancing standardization with real-world constraints and varying team maturity levelsA proactive mindset with technical leadership.What we'll hook you up with:Opportunity to join a reference business group with a strong international presence;Training programs through the internal training academy and partner entities;Possibility to work in a hybrid regime.Join us to help build a scalable, reliable, and modern software delivery platform across the organization.
