Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of all administrative and financial operations, including documentation control, treasury activities, purchasing and payments, invoicing, and HR-related financial support. The role contributes to the reliability of financial information, compliance with deadlines, and smooth day-to-day financial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document Management Register, digitize, and archive financial and administrative documents. Manage incoming and outgoing mail (physical and electronic), ensuring proper distribution within the company. 2. Cash and Banking Retrieve weekly bank statements (digital and Excel format) for accounting purposes. Classify and reconcile bank transactions. Request and organize supporting documentation for banking operations. Submit banking operations such as transfers and payments. 3. Purchasing and Payments Record purchase orders in the system for both business and structural suppliers. Manage office supplies and purchase order records. Validate supplier invoices (including subcontractors) and post them in the system. Prepare payment plans. Record payment settlements in the system (supplier accounts). Control company credit cards. Obtain and file payment receipts and tax payment proofs. 4. Sales and Receivables Issue sales invoices and credit notes. Record and reconcile client payments in the system (customer accounts). Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Management, Administration; Previous experience in administrative and financial roles; Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central); Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to meetdeadlines and manage priorities; Team spirit andprofessional discretion.
