About us
The Goodfashion Group is home to three fashion brands: Kings of Indigo, Stapf and Felicitas. Our companies operate in several European countries and sell through online shops, our own stores and wholesale. We're looking for an all-rounder to look after the group's finances, payroll and HR administration. What you'll do
Accounting
Day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end and year-end closings for the group companies Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and payment runs VAT returns and compliance across EU countries and the UK Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors Prepare financial reports for management HR & payroll
Prepare monthly payroll for our teams in several countries, together with external payroll providers HR administration: employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding, employee records Track working hours, holidays and absences Be the first point of contact for employees on HR and payroll questions What you bring
Several years of experience in accounting and payroll, ideally with multiple entities or international companies Good knowledge of EU VAT rules and payroll processes A precise, discreet and structured way of working Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus Fluent English; German is a strong plus What we offer
