We're growing fast and looking for talented people who want to grow with us.The Role:We are looking for an HR Generalist with about 2 years of experience in Recruitment to join our team and support the growth of the business through structured hiring processes and people-focused initiatives.This role is strongly recruitment-driven and requires hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to hiring, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role definition to offer stage (core responsibility);Work closely with Team Leaders across different departments to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities;Manage and continuously improve the candidate and employee experience, including onboarding of new hires;Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics and KPIs;Support and coordinate initiatives related to company culture, training, employer branding, and continuous improvement of HR processes, aligned with business growth;Provide occasional support in HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate organization and up-to-date HR information.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter, with solid, hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile;Comfortable working in a growing company with evolving structures.What We OfferThe opportunity to have a real impact on the growth of a scaling international business;Autonomy and close collaboration with leadership and team leads;A dynamic, performance-driven and people-oriented work environment;Competitive compensation package based on experience.If you value ownership, transparency, and building strong teams, we'd love to hear from you.
